Hello! I'm Kristi, & I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for over 20 years! I'm an Arizona native, a proud graduate of Phoenix Therapeutic Massage College, and The Science of Massage Institute.
I've been working with Chiropractors, Medical Doctors, Osteopaths, and Physical Therapists for 17 years, helping patients with assisted stretching, deep tissue massage, rehabilitation therapies, and exercise education.
I am a Certified Medical Massage Practitioner, with a heartfelt dedication to chronic headaches, among many other chronic pain conditions.
I am a RockTape certified Fascial Movement Therapist & RockDoc, with more than a decade of hands on experience with Kinesio Taping & Techniques.
My passion for muscle anatomy and movement science help me bring joy and pain relief to people each and everyday.
